Looking to borrow an item? Here are the steps:

1. Search our online community for products available in your neighbourhood
2. Decide on an item and select your desired rental date(s)
3. Submit a request to the Community Lender
4. Once approved, pay via our platform and collect your item(s) based on the provided pick-up or delivery information (tip: if you’re uncomfortable meeting at someone’s home, arrange to meet at a public spot nearby!)
5. Return your item at the end of your rental period

Ta-da! It’s as easy as that. You can also rent as many items as you like!

Have an item you want to share with the community? Here are the steps:

1. Create an item listing by clicking ‘List an item’ in the top right corner of the home page
2. Share some photos of the item and set your rental rate
3. State your borrowing terms alongside your listing
4. Submit your listing to the community
5. Once the listing is live, send and receive secure messages and manage your earnings via our platform. You can list as many items as you like!
