Rest assured that with our Oopsie Baby Protection Plan, each item you list with us is covered up to $2000 CAD for loss or damage. We also take great care to ensure that all the borrowers in our community are top notch, and any abuse of the program will not be tolerated.

If you have an issue with a product return, please contact us within 24 hours of rental end at hello@borrowmebaby.com and include photos of your product before and after the rental in question.
