We know life with a baby can be a little (read: very) hectic. You can cancel your rental for free up to 24 hours before your rental start time. If you cancel within this 24 hour window, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

If you want to cancel the remainder of your rental and return your item early, you may do so at your discretion and arrange it with your Community Lender. The fee for the rental will remain as initially agreed upon.
